• Data collected: When you contact us or place an order, we collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, bank transfer details, and message content.

• Purpose : We use this data to respond to your inquiries , process and manage orders, invoices and delivery of artworks.

• Retention: Inquiry data is kept only for the time necessary to resolve the request.

• Legal Basis: Inquiry data is based on your consent when contacting us, the execution of a contract

when you place and order, legal obligations for accounting and tax compliance.

• Sharing: Your data will not be shared with third parties, except for service providers strictly necessary for fulfilling your order.

  This website only uses essential technical cookies necessary for its basic functioning. We do not currently use third- party or advertising cookies.

  
  

  4. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

  
  

  ORDERING AND PRODUCTION :

  
  

  • All works are produced on a made-to-order basis.

  • Estimated production timeline : 8-12 weeks (2-3 months), depending on the complexity of the piece.

  
  

  PAYMENT TERMS :

  
  

  • To confirm an order, a non-refundable deposit of 70 % of the total price is required by bank transfer.

  • The remaining 30 % must be paid in full prior to shipment.

  • Production will not begin until the deposit is received.

    
    

    PAYMENT METHODS :

    All payments are accepted by bank transfers. No other payment methods are currently supported.

    
    

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY :

    
    

    • Delivery is arranged to the building entrance (ground floor). The client is responsible for ensuring access for large pieces.

    • White glove delivery ( to the apartment, including installation and packaging removal within Barcelona may be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

    • If a crane or special equipment is required due to restricted access, this must be organized and paid for by the client.

    • International shipping is available: rates and timelines will be confirmed individually.

    • The studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or transport carriers, or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, natural disasters, force majeure, etc..)

    
    

    MADE TO ORDER & NON-REFUNDABLE SALES

    
    

    • Due to their custom, artisanal and limited-edition nature, all sales are final.

    • Deposits are non refundable only if cancelled within 48 hours.

    • Payments are non refundable, except in the case of damage during shipping.

  
  

  
  

  DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  
  

  • Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our studio.

  • In the rare event of damage during transport, clients must:

    Inspect the piece at the time of delivery.

    Report any visible damage within 24 hours of delivery by email to info@itsamood.io, including photographs.

  • If the claim is validated, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the case.

  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

  
  

  REFUNDS

  
  

  • Approved refunds (in case of transport damage or cancellation within 48 hours) will be processed by bank transfer within 14 business days.

  • Refunds can only be made to the original account from which payment was received.

  
  

  AUTHENTICITY & LIMITED EDITIONS

  
  

  • All artworks of ITS A MOOD S.L.U. are issued as part of a limited edition.

  • Each piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and dated by the artist/designer.

  • Each Edition is strictly limited to the number stated. Once the edition is sold out, no further reproductions will be produced.

  • Pieces contain a discreet engraved plaques corresponding to the certificate ensuring traceability and collector value.

  
  

  CARE & MAINTENANCE GUIDE

  
  

  • CLEANING

    Use a soft, damp cloth for routine cleaning.

    For stains, use mild neutral soap diluted in water.

    Avoid abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or strong chemicals (bleach, ammonia, acids)

    Do not use solvents or alcohol-based cleaners, which may damage the protective seal.

    
    

  • PROTECTION

    Micro Cement surfaces are sealed for durability, but remain porous by nature. We recommend:

  • Using coasters and placemats under cups, plates or decorative objects.

  • Wiping spills immediately, especially liquids such as wine, coffee, oil, or acidic foods.

  • Avoiding contact with sharp objects that may scratch the surface.

  • ENVIRONMENT

    Place pieces in indoor environments.

    Avoid extreme humidity, direct water exposure or outdoor use unless specified.

    Do not expose to direct and continuous sunlight, which may alter tones over time.

  • MAINTENANCE

    Periodic resealing may be recommended depending on use. Clients may contact us for guidance or professional maintenance services.

    Improper care, misuse, or exposure to unsuitable environments voids the studio's responsibility for wear or damage.
