The idea of ITS A MOOD was born long before the studio itself. I already imagined creating a practice that would merge art, furniture and space into one language. But before launching a studio, I wanted to work with my hands, to experiment and understand materials at their core.
I am Lebanese and my cultural background have always influenced the way I look at spaces, materials and design. It has shaped a lot of how I see the world. I did my Bachelor's in Interior Architecture, then moved to Barcelona to continue my Master's degree. At the same time, I started working on renovations in Lebanon, where I practiced alongside my father. Those years gave me both technical knowledge and hands-on experience, mixing concepts with real construction on site. But I always felt I needed a way to express something more personal, beyond function.
That's when I started experimenting with materials on my own, and realized how much I enjoyed building things by hand. I worked with a wide range of media: Wood, Clay, Resin, Micro Cement, and later digital tools. Each material had its own character, and my focus became finding ways to blend them together into a coherent design vision. These explorations built the foundation for the sculptural, mood-driven approach that defines the studio today. With this project, my goal is to create art that feels timeless and emotional in people's spaces.
