FAQ: SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every piece is handcrafted and sculpted in our studio in Barcelona. Because of the weight and care involved in packaging sculptural furniture, shipping is arranged with attention to safety and destination.

How long does production take?

Each sculptural piece is handmade to order. Production usually takes 8–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and drying times. Limited edition works are carefully crafted , we will keep you updated throughout the process.

How is my piece shipped?

We ship from our studio in Barcelona. Sculptural pieces are packed in custom crates to protect them during transport. Delivery is made to the door of the building (ground floor). Please note: we do not carry pieces upstairs or inside apartments unless otherwise arranged.

Do you offer White Glove Delivery?

Yes , only within Barcelona we offer optional White Glove Delivery, which includes placement inside your home and removal of packaging. Please contact us in advance if you would like this service.

What if my building requires a crane for delivery?

Some large-scale works may not fit through standard doors, elevators, or staircases. If a crane or special equipment is needed, this must be organized and covered by the client.

What if there are delays?

Because each piece is handcrafted, occasional delays may happen due to drying times, material supply, or shipping logistics. We will always inform you in advance. Please note: ITS A MOOD S.L.U. cannot be held liable for third-party shipping delays.

What are your return & refund policies?

• Made-to-order / custom pieces: As each work is individually crafted and part of a limited edition, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

• Damaged deliveries: If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or insurance coverage.

• Refunds: Only possible in cases of proven damage during shipping or if production cannot be completed by our studio.

How do I care for my piece once it arrives?

Each collector receives a Care & Maintenance Guide with detailed instructions. In short: clean gently with a soft cloth, avoid harsh chemicals, protect from excess moisture or direct heat, and reseal every 3–4years.

How do I know my piece is authentic?

Every sculptural work comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and numbered. Limited editions are produced in very small series, and no two pieces are ever identical.
