Caring for your sculptural piece:

Each sculptural work from our studio is handcrafted with layers of wood, Micro Cement, and artisanal finishes. With proper care, your piece will maintain its beauty for years to come.

Please follow these guidelines:

1. Everyday Cleaning

• Dusting: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust.

• Damp Cloth: For light cleaning, gently wipe with a slightly damp (not wet) cloth.

• Avoid Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, acidic products (vinegar, citrus), or solvents, as these can damage the Micro Cement finish.

2. Stains & Spills

• Immediate Attention: If liquids are spilled, wipe them promptly to prevent absorption or staining.

• Mild Soap Option: If needed, use a small amount of pH-neutral soap diluted in water on a soft cloth, then wipe dry.

3. Protection & Placement

• Avoid Excess Moisture: Do not expose the piece to continuous water contact.

• Sunlight: Extended direct sunlight can alter the tone of the finish over time.

4. Handling & Moving

• Lifting: Always lift the piece from its structural base with two people if heavy. Do not drag across the floor.

• Transport: When moving, wrap with soft blankets or foam to protect the surface from scratches.

5. Long-Term Care

• Sealing: Each piece is delivered pre-sealed. Depending on usage, we recommend resealing the Micro Cement every 3-4 years with a professional clear sealer for maximum durability.

• Patina: As with all artisanal finishes, subtle changes may occur over time — these are part of the natural character of the material.
